While your subscription order could be for any amount, you will only earn Loyalty Rewards if your order is over 50PV. 5. You will not lose your accumulated points unless you completely remove all items from your subscription. 6. You will reset your earning percentage to 10% by not ordering each month. 7. The “Points Price” shows you if an item is available to be purchased by redeeming points.

24% Discount 1. The 24% discount can be unlocked by doing the following: 2. Placing any item on Subscribe to Save 3. Placing an order of 100PV 4. An order of 100PV will unlock the discount for 12 months. 5. A subscription item under 100PV will unlock the discount only as long as at least one item remains on subscription. If all items are removed from subscription, the discount will immediately be removed unless a 6. 100PV order is placed.

Inactive/Active 1. As long as a Customer places any order in a 12 month period, the Customer’s account will remain active and will show as a customer in any Upline Brand Partner’s Virtual Office. 2. An order of any item will reactivate an inactive account.

Enrollments 1. There will no longer be a separate “enrollment” process. Instead, a Customer will simply shop, checkout, and create an account. 2. The checkout process will encourage them to subscribe or order more in order to qualify for the discount and monthly gifts with purchase.

Starter Kits 1. Starter Kits will be transitioned into Starter Bundles but will not be required to receive the 24% discount. The Starter Kit $25 bonus will be discontinued on August 1, 2021.

PV Assistant 1. Customers should make sure they have emails from Young Living turned on in order to receive notifications that items on their order have gone out of stock. 2. Customers should check their subscription orders by 11:59pm the day BEFORE their processing date to check. For example: My subscription order processes on the 6th. I need to check my order by 11:59pm on the 5th to be able to edit my order.

Customers vs. Brand Partners 1. Customers: - Can qualify for a 24% discount - Can purchase on Subscribe to Save - Can qualify for Loyalty Rewards - Have access to all of the amazing shopping, products, sales, information, and support 2. Brand Partners: - Have all of the above PLUS… - Access to the Virtual Office to help care for those you have enrolled - Receive business related information and support from Young Living - Receive paychecks for sharing these amazing products with others 3. Those who did one of the following by July 12, 2021 were automatically qualified as Brand Partners for one year. - Enrolled someone with Young Living - Earned a check from Young Living - Achieved the rank of Star or higher - Purchased a business tool from Young Living
